| State
of the Art, Inc. (SOTA) manufactures leadless
surface mount resistor networks using thick film
technology on 96% alumina. Available in JEDEC
and SLAMDIP styles, SOTA’s networks provide
outstanding performance in a high density package.
The leadless monolithic construction using slotted
wraparounds provides number of benefits including
a superior solder joint when attached to the circuit
board, reduced head height, a smaller footprint,
and superior heat dissipation. SOTA’s networks
are available in three different grades, Standard,
High Reliability, and MIL-PRF-914. |
|
 |
| Networks
are available with standard resistance values
from 10 to 2.2M in MIL-PRF-914 versions, and from
5 to 10M in Standard and High reliability versions.
All resistors in the package have the same value,
but custom designs can be produced that allow
different values in the same package. Standard
tolerances are + 1%, 2%, 5%, and 10%. Standard
TCRs for the networks are + 100, 200, and 300
ppm. |
|
|
| The
Standard and High Reliability grade networks are
available in four sizes and two schematic configurations.
For high reliability applications, SOTA can provide
screening and testing for all sizes and styles
of the surface mount networks. The standard high
reliability screening and testing is same as MIL-PRF-914,
but custom testing tailored to meet your requirements
can be provided. |
