SOTA's high value resistor line features
resistance values from 100 megohms to 100
gigohms. These thick film chips are available
in 20%, 30%, and 50% tolerances, with limited availability
in 5% and 10%. Standard terminations include
style A with gold metallization and style
C with pretinned nickle barrier finish or
palladium/silver metallization.
